Love him or hate him, Steve Jobs made a huge difference in our lives. The iPad is still one of the most popular e-readers/tablets around. During his tenure, Steve Jobs masterminded the rise of iPod, iPhone, and many other devices. His passing has shaken the tech world. Many tech chiefs have taken time to respond to this tragedy. Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO, was among those who paid tribute to Mr. Jobs:
Steve was a teacher to anyone paying attention, and today is a very sad day for everyone who cares about innovation and high standards.
Larry Page of Google paid tribute to Mr. Jobs’ focus on user experience:
He always seemed to be able to say in very few words what you actually should have been thinking before you thought it. His focus on the user experience above all else has always been an inspiration to me.
Bill Gates also appreciated his company’s rivalry with Apple throughout all these years :

Steve Jobs lived the life he wanted. He was always destined to lead a highly innovative tech company. Apple and the tech world will move on. But Steve Jobs will always be remembered for his contributions to the tech world.
