Samsung E101, E6 Readers: Read & Write On The Go
0Consider Samsung the latest company that has gotten in the business of making e-book readers. We already have B&N, Amazon, Plastic Logic, Skiff, Spring Design, and Sony competing for their pieces of the pie in this market. But that doesn’t mean companies such as Samsung and ASUSTek are going to sit around. Samsung recently launched two new e-book readers that will allow you to read and write at the same time. Both E101 and E6 allow users to take notes on the device. They also come with WiFi support and blue-tooth connectivity. Other than that, there is not much to look at. These devices are two expensive at ($400 & $700 respectively), and it’s still not know where you are going to be able to buy books for this e-book reader.
I am not quite sure where Samsung is going with this device. At this point, it has almost no shot of competing with the heavyweights on the market. Maybe Samsung is using this device to pave its way in e-book reader market. In that case, we look forward to checking out next generation Samsung e-readers.
