The NOOK Simple Touch is a year or so old already. It is a compact and quite decent e-book reader. Thanks to its OS, you can do some neat things with it. We have already covered plenty of NOOK hacks here in the past. The latest one shows a PS1 emulator app running on a NOOK Touch. That’s right. You can play PS1 games on your e-book reader if you are too bored.
The NOOK Touch can run videos and do a lot of other neat things. It is still one of the best e-book readers around. The Kindle Touch can be hacked too but you are somewhat limited on what you can pull off on one of those.
