Nook for Web, MatchStick Kindle Dock Released
0B&N has finally announced NOOK for Web. It gives you an easy way to read NOOK books on your home computer or any internet-enabled device. NOOK fans have been waiting for a while for B&N to make this move. With NOOK for Web, you can sample and read NOOK books on any PC or Mac without needing any special software. You won’t even need a NOOK account to get started.
Those of you who already own a NOOK device can now read across all your devices. Just pick up where you left of with your favorite book in your browser. To sweeten the deal, B&N is offering six bestselling NOOK books for free. Remember, these books are only available till 7/26.

NOOK fans are not the only ones getting a new product to play with. Kindle Fire fans should be happy to know that Grace Digital is bringing its MatchStick (formerly known as FireDock) speaker dock for Kindle Fire to the market. The device charges your tablet and keeps it in portrait and landscape modes.
This dock has 2 x 3-Inch full range stereo speakers with a low distortion 16 watt class D digital amplifier. There is an optional 6 hour rechargeable battery available for this as well. The Grace Digital MatchStick dock is already listed on Amazon for just under $102.
