Mighty Bright XtraFlex2 Clip-On Light Review
0If you have owned your Kindle for a while, there is a good chance you have heard of Mighty Bright XtraFlex2 light. After all, it’s the official clip-on light for the Kindle. Now it would have been nice if Kindle came with a built-in light, but that’s a whole other story. But Mighty Bright is an excellent add-on for your Kindle if you love reading in the dark.
My first impression of Mighty Bright light was that it was convenient and very flexible. The adjustable arm allows you to change the position of the light as you wish. I was impressed with the two LEDs as I could easily read in my dark room without getting frustrated (some of other portable lights that I have owned are not designed for a lengthy reading period).
The battery will last about 36 hours (the device claims battery would last for 40 hours), but it will depend on how you use light. You can decide to leave only one LED on or go with both for the ultimate reading experience.
Overall, Mighty Bright Light for Kindle is durable, portable, and convenient. I still believe that Kindle should come with a built-in reading light but for Kindle 1.0 owners, Mighty Bright is a great investment. And we are talking about $12-15 here.
What’s your take? Have you had any major issues with your Mighty Kindle light?
