Meet Kandle LED Book Light for eReaders
2In case you haven’t noticed, your e-ink based e-reader doesn’t come with a back-light, so you are not going to be able to read it properly without a decent light. Amazon Kindle already has a bunch of reading lights that you can use to read more effectively. But sometimes, you just need a light that is more portable and is compatible with most e-book readers. Kandle is that e-reader light. It combines functionality and portability and gives you the best of both worlds.
Kandle has a WideLip grip that sits on the top of your e-book reader and lets you read better in dark areas. The grip doesn’t block your screen, and the light is bright enough to get the job done. Kandle comes with 2 lifetime LEDs that helps you get more bang for your buck.
Kandle is quite flexible, and you can easily customize it by rotating the pivoting arm. I also liked the fact that it doesn’t damage my e-reader when I installed in. The light uses 2 CR2032 batteries, which is a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. In fact, it makes this light more portable.
I am quite surprised that Amazon has not had any objection towards this device’s name. Amazon is quite protective towards any name that is similar in anyway to Kindle and its other registered trademarks. Regardless, it’s a nice e-book reader light and is very portable. It’s affordable too. What more can you ask.
