LEGO DIY Kindle Scanner
0We have all used Kindle or other digital books in the past. Books that you buy from Amazon can’t be easily shared with everyone. Some of these e-book sellers have extreme restrictions in place to keep people from sharing books with others. You could always use a book scanner to digitize paper books and share them with others (not that we suggest you should). This Kindle Scanner, built with bits of a LEGO NXT system, can digitize your books.
The idea here is to take pictures of books and use a text recognition service to extract their text. Not the most practical solution around but not an uncommon approach either.
