Kindle for Mac Update Released
0Amazon keeps improving its free reading apps. This time around, it is Kindle for Mac that has gotten some love from Amazon. The company would love every Mac owner to buy a Kindle e-reader. At the same time, it does make a lot of its money from people buying e-books. Mac owners won’t have to even touch an e-reader to download and read e-books on their computer. This new version, which was just released by Amazon, has been improved in multiple areas to make Mac owners’ reading experience much better.
Kindle for Mac now allows users to add, edit, and remove notes and highlights. The search functionality has been improved. Multi-column reading is supported as well. The software itself does look more “Mac’ish” than its previous versions.
Considering that Amazon does offer some of the lowest prices when it comes to e-books, free software apps such as this one are well worth trying. Kindle is available on iPad and iPhone too, so users can continue reading all day on all their devices.
