Kindle Comes to the Mac App Store
0In case you missed it, Apple introduced its Mac App Store just a short while ago. The store launched with over 1000 Mac apps but more are added everyday. As it turns out, Amazon Kindle app for Mac has now made it to this store. Kindle for Mac offers users with over 775k titles to choose from. The majority of them will be priced $9.99 or lower (for now). The app is available in a new store but it still does have its old limitations.
Amazon has beaten Apple to its Mac App Store with its e-reader app. iBooks may not be in the same class as Kindle but it does have its fans. Amazon has not only dominated the e-reader market with its Kindle 3 strategy, it has been quite agile in bringing its Kindle app to new platforms.
