iPad To Get Split-Screen Multitasking
0If you have watched ads for Microsoft Surface in the past, you have probably seen the company bragging about Surface’s multitasking feature. If Apple gets its way, we may be able to open and use two applications side by side on our iPads in the future. There are unofficial tweaks that support that. But Apple will be using iOS 8 to make the iPad even more business friendly.
Apple is also expected to enable XPC support in iOS. That means apps will be able to better communicate with others. This will allow iPad users to drag content from one app and drop it onto another. Let’s just say, exciting times are ahead for iPad owners.
