Amazon’s TV Box Coming In April?
0Amazon’s long-rumored video streaming set-top box will be making its debut in April. At least, that is what the Wall Street Journal is reporting. The device will be available on Amazon.com and through retailers like Best Buy and Staples. This is Amazon’s answer to Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast. The box will offer Amazon’s video streaming service in addition to Netflix and Hulu. Just like the Kindle Fire family, this Kindle TV streaming box will run a highly customized version of Android.
The device is expected to be priced competitively. It could have a stick-like design — similar to Chromecast and Roku. If the Journal is right, we should hear about this product in a matter of weeks.
