The new Kindle Fire HD is coming. It will have a better display, faster processor, improved software, and more. The device will have 2GB RAM and runs Android 4.2.2. Of course, you won’t be able to recognize it since Amazon will be heavily modifying the software. It seems the press photo for the Kindle Fire HD 2 has now been leaked to the media. @evleaks happens to have gotten its hands on it.

I can’t get a whole lot excited about the Kindle Fire based on the picture alone. The new hardware and software upgrade are more impressive. Can the new Kindles beat the Nexus 7? That remains to be seen.
