Intel CEO Says $99 Tablets Are Coming Soon

Amazon and Google are already selling cheap tablets. But many folks don’t want to spend over $100 to get their hands on a tablet. If Intel CEO is proven correct, we could see $99 tablets this holiday season. According to Brian Krzanich, $99 tablets, $299 Haswell laptops, and $349 hybrid devices could be here soon. This means more people are going to give tablets a chance in the upcoming months and years.
Of course, you could always get an Amazon Kindle Fire for as low as $139. As far as $99 tablets go, we really have to test them out to see how well they perform. They won’t keep up with premium tablets performance-wise.
